PI AgSciences Leadership Changes: A Bold Step Forward

In a dynamic move aimed at bolstering its leadership team, PI AgSciences has announced that Wes Hays will take charge as the North America Commercial Lead. Hays will guide and enhance the sales team responsible for representing the company's impressive portfolio, which includes innovative products developed with the PREtech platform. Wes Hays, who joined PI AgSciences just five months ago as the Global Marketing Lead for Biologicals, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. With a robust background that includes 26 years of industry exposure, Hays has established strong connections with farmers and agricultural retailers globally. His previous tenure at Monsanto/Bayer spans 13 years, during which he held various positions including Agronomist and North America Soybean Business Lead. Hays holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Studies from Iowa State University, establishing him as a well-rounded leader.

In tandem with Hays’ promotion, Ryan Inkley has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of PI AgSciences. Inkley will oversee finance operations for the PI AgSciences commercial business. His impressive 23-year career in finance leadership roles has endowed him with a robust understanding of accounting, commercial finance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and venture finance. Before joining PI AgSciences, Inkley spent 17 years at Monsanto/Bayer, contributing to the Commercial Strategy team. He earned his MBA from Webster University and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
