This event is designed to connect nearly 500 aspiring pilots directly with recruiters from major airlines such as American, Delta, Frontier, United, SkyWest, and more. The expo presents a unique opportunity for students and alumni to engage in networking and explore career paths in aviation.

However, with stiff competition among candidates, most leading airlines now primarily recruit through dedicated cadet programs.
