3. Washing Machines and Dishwashers: If you notice water pooling on the floor near your washing machine or dishwasher, this could indicate a leak that requires professional attention.

4. Bathtubs and Showers: Be on the lookout for dripping water from the spout or showerhead. Often, replacing old washers on faucet handles can stop the leaks.
