Sally Beauty Partners with Free Mom Hugs for LGBTQIA+ Pride Events
Sally Beauty, a leader in the beauty supply industry, has proudly announced its ongoing partnership with Free Mom Hugs to uplift the LGBTQIA+ community during Pride Month. This marks the second consecutive year that Sally Beauty has collaborated with the nonprofit to bring visibility, education, and heartfelt support to various Pride celebrations across the United States.
Launched in 2024, the Rooted in Success event series has already engaged over 23,000 individuals, demonstrating Sally Beauty's commitment to community-building and self-expression. The initiative aims to foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity, crucial for the LGBTQIA+ community. This June, Sally Beauty will set up booths at five Pride events to provide an uplifting atmosphere filled with inspiration and support.
These events will feature the distribution of 5,000 gift cards, allowing attendees to discover products that inspire confidence and self-expression. Free Mom Hugs volunteers are also set to participate, offering hugs, affirmations, and emotional assistance to those in attendance. - - June 8: WorldPride DC 2025 Street Festival and Concert in Washington, D.C.
- - June 14-15: Dallas Pride Music Festival and Parade in Dallas, TX
- - June 29: San Francisco Pride Celebration
- - June 29: Denver PrideFest
- - June 29: NYC PrideFest
