As winter approaches, Newport Beach is gearing up for its third annual '50 Days of Festive Fun,' promising to be the ultimate holiday destination in America. Starting from November 14 to January 2, visitors are invited to immerse themselves in a winter wonderland featuring dazzling light displays, mouthwatering seasonal meals, luxury shopping experiences, and exclusive events throughout the duration of the campaign.
One of the highlights of this festive season will be the 117th Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade, a beloved local tradition where decorated boats illuminate the harbor. This year's theme is “Magical Nights of Lights,” and it will be graced by the presence of Newport Beach native and Hollywood star Ted McGinley, who will serve as Grand Marshal, adding a touch of hometown pride to the event. Families, friends, and holiday enthusiasts of all ages are invited to experience the joy and magic of this seaside celebration.
A Coastal Holiday Wonderland
Throughout the celebration, there will be various returning favorites such as the Fashion Island Tree Lighting and the Newport Dunes Fire and Lights Festival. Another delightful addition is the Roger's Gardens Christmas Boutique, as well as the whimsical Ring of Lights Home Decorating Competition. Kicking off the festivities, the Holiday Hideout at VEA Newport Beach will welcome guests with winter-themed cocktails to indulge in the seasonal spirit.
To enhance the festive experience, Visit Newport Beach has partnered with local hotels, attractions, and restaurants to create exclusive holiday packages. These deals will encourage extended visits, allowing guests to fully soak in Newport Beach's festive charm.
