Introduction
The human resources field requires continuous practice and reflection. To address challenges faced by HR professionals in maintaining consistent learning amidst their busy schedules, Trustyyle has introduced a new initiative: a weekly online practical session called the "HR Professional Checklist". This program aims to foster the development of persistent and effective HR practices through collaboration and reflection.
Background and Purpose
The daily responsibilities of HR professionals can often hinder their ability to reflect on their learning and progress. Many find it challenging to implement what they have learned consistently. Responding to this need, Trustyyle's new initiative provides a platform for HR professionals to come together weekly, share their practices, reflect, and discuss how to maintain ongoing action.
The focus is not on competition but rather on creating a supportive environment where participants can build a sustainable rhythm of action and reflection. This initiative is rooted in the principles laid out in the book, "How HR Professionals Operate" by Yosuke Yoshida, the program's leader.
