L'Oréal Paris Celebrates Two Decades of Women of Worth Honorees

L'Oréal Paris Marks Twenty Years of Empowering Women

On October 14, 2025, L'Oréal Paris USA celebrated a significant milestone: the 20th anniversary of its Women of Worth initiative. This program, which has empowered 200 outstanding women over the years and provided millions of dollars in funding, continues to inspire a new generation with its powerful message—'Because You're Worth It.'

The 2025 celebration introduced ten new honorees who exemplify leadership, service, and innovation, all while driving transformative change in their communities via their respective non-profit organizations. Notable L'Oréal Paris spokespeople Eva Longoria, Helen Mirren, and Aja Naomi King joined in honoring these exceptional women, amplifying their missions through exclusive content shared across platforms.

Each honoree will receive a grant of $25,000, mentorship, and increased visibility through L'Oréal’s channels, including social media. Since its inception in 2005, Women of Worth has evolved into a nationwide movement, recognizing women tackling various issues such as health, education, mental wellness, and environmental justice. The initiative has not only provided financial support but also mentorship opportunities and national media exposure, ultimately helping these nonprofit leaders expand their impact significantly.

Laura Branik, President of L'Oréal Paris USA, affirmed the program's core principle, stating, "Two decades later, Women of Worth continues to embody the spirit of our iconic tagline, 'Because You're Worth It.' We honor women's contributions, support their visions, and elevate their courage to effectuate real world change."
