Empowering Future Employees: Nikkahome's Innovative Referral Project
Nikkahome Co., Ltd., headquartered in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, has launched an exciting initiative titled "Referral Project" on October 18, 2025. This comprehensive project engages 49 new hires, known as the 26 graduates, in promoting job consultation events to their peers and friends. The project's core aim is to revolutionize traditional hiring practices by putting new hires in the driver’s seat of the recruitment process, thus fostering personal growth while deepening their understanding of the company.
Achievements from a Proactive Approach
As of November 28, 2025, the project's participants have demonstrated remarkable initiative and a positive outlook. With the target to refer 265 candidates, they have already managed to introduce 185 candidates, averaging 4.6 entries per day, which is a 1.28-fold increase compared to the previous year. This promising progress indicates that the project is on the right track to meet its objectives, with final results to be announced by the end of December.
A Nationwide Endeavor of Ambitious New Hires
The Referral Project comprises new hires from various areas, including Chubu, Western Japan, Kyushu, and Kanto. By forming teams, the new hires compete in promoting job consultation gatherings that encourage peers to engage in the hiring process. Compared to last year, the project has significantly expanded in scale, increasing the number of participating teams from six to nine and the total participants from previous years by approximately 1.4 times.
Fostering Growth Through a Unique Project Design
What distinguishes this project from standard hiring activities is its emphasis on the personal development of new hires. This year, existing sales staff from Nikkahome have been involved as support members, conducting bi-monthly meetings to facilitate goal setting and reflection. Participating new hires practice their skills in communication, teamwork, and quantitative awareness, thereby developing their growth potential.
Shaping the Future of Nikkahome with New Hires
At Nikkahome, referrals are more than just a recruitment tool; they play a vital role in fostering human capital and cultivating a productive corporate culture. Transitioning from merely knowing the company to becoming its ambassadors instills a strong sense of engagement and ownership among new hires even before they formally join. Looking ahead, Nikkahome stands committed to empowering every individual as they strive for growth, ensuring a collaborative trajectory for both employees and the organization.
