PRG Real Estate Celebrates Jayme Presley's 2025 Grace Hill Impact Hero Award Triumph

Jayme Presley: A Beacon of Impact in Real Estate

On November 5, 2025, PRG Real Estate proudly announced that Jayme Presley, its Vice President of Asset Management, has distinguished herself by winning the esteemed Grace Hill Impact Hero Award for 2025. This accolade is presented annually to real estate professionals who demonstrate exceptional dedication to creating positive change in their communities. Out of more than 240 nominees, Jayme's remarkable commitment to leadership, philanthropy, and community service set her apart.

Jayme formally accepted the award during the Grace Hill Performance Summit held in Fort Worth, Texas. As a central aspect of this recognition, Grace Hill will contribute $3,500 to a charity chosen by the award recipient—Jayme selected Kaizen Adaptive Training, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering adaptive athletes through tailored fitness programs. Her support for Kaizen is rooted in her admiration for its mission to promote inclusiveness and resilience among individuals facing physical challenges.

Since joining PRG Real Estate in 2010, following her graduation with a B.S. in Business from Virginia Tech, Jayme has ascended through various roles, showcasing her capabilities in asset management. She secured the position of Regional Director in 2016, followed by her promotion to Director of Asset Management in 2020, culminating in her current role as Vice President in 2024. Notably, she holds CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CAPS (Certified Apartments Portfolio Supervisor) certifications, reflecting her expertise and professionalism in the field. Additionally, she serves on the boards of several industry committees, including VAMA and NAA, while actively participating in various charitable initiatives.

Jayme's outstanding contributions have not gone unnoticed; she has previously been honored with the 2020 VAMA Corporate Employee of the Year Award and PRG's Spirit Award in 2024. Her team at PRG views her as an inspiring leader and a source of motivation, exemplifying the company's core values of compassion, excellence, and community commitment.

Kathleen Betz, PRG Real Estate's Chief Operating Officer, expressed immense pride in Jayme's achievement, stating, "Her leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to excellence embody PRG's core values. This award serves as a testimony that true success is determined not just by professional achievements, but also by the meaningful impact we have on the lives of others."

The Grace Hill Impact Hero Award, initiated by Grace Hill—a frontrunner in real estate performance solutions—aims to recognize professionals who transcend the expectations of their roles through volunteer work, philanthropy, and active community involvement. Jayme's accolade underscores her dedication and PRG Real Estate's ongoing promise to contribute positively to the communities they serve.

PRG Real Estate itself has been at the forefront of multifamily real estate investment and management for over four decades. Based in Philadelphia, the company owns and manages a broad portfolio of apartment communities across various states, showcasing its commitment to providing quality housing and a vibrant community experience.

Jayme Presley’s recognition is a vital reminder of the power of individual efforts in making a significant difference in society. Her leadership reinforces the belief that with passion and dedication, one can indeed uplift and empower those around them, setting a remarkable example for both present and future generations in the real estate community.
