As of November 7, 2025, the walking application
aruku& has reached a remarkable milestone of 2.5 million downloads and is proudly celebrating its 9th anniversay. To mark this occasion,
ONE COMPATH, which operates the app, is launching a large-scale campaign called
MOGMOG Gourmet Paradise starting from August 29, 2025.
This campaign is planned to offer a variety of engaging activities, including a unique user participation project, collaboration with the popular short animation
MOGMOG PLANET, and the introduction of highly anticipated new features. Overall, the special campaign will present a total of

Introducing the ‘MOGMOG Gourmet Paradise’ Campaign
The campaign theme
“MOGMOG” highlights the delightful taste experiences users can enjoy within the aruku& app. Featured prominently will be a charming storyline where
Potaro, the official character of aruku&, embarks on a delicious adventure in the mysterious kingdom of
MOGMOG Gourmet Paradise while walking. Here’s an overview of the standout events that users can look forward to:
Special Project 1: Collaboration with MOGMOG PLANET
The campaign will include an exciting collaboration with the adorable short animation
MOGMOG PLANET. Throughout the campaign, characters from this animation, such as lions, will randomly appear on the user’s map. Users can earn
“Help Points” by completing missions, and once they collect 50 points, they can set the character as their app icon. This collaboration will run from
November 5 to November 30, 2025.
Special Project 2: User Participation Campaign
This will be the first-ever user-driven campaign, inviting participants to submit ideas for themes on
X (formerly Twitter). After reviewing the submissions, a user poll will be conducted in mid-September. The selected theme will be developed into an actual campaign set to launch around February 2026, allowing users to witness their ideas come to life. This participatory campaign strives to foster a collaborative content creation environment. Idea submission will be accepted from
August 29 to September 2, 2025.
Special Project 3: Highly Anticipated Feature Release
In response to user requests,
aruku& is preparing to unveil a substantial update this fall. The new features aim to enhance user experience, addressing feedback such as the desire for greater convenience and sustained enjoyment from the app. This important update, anticipated to improve user engagement, will officially be announced in the fall of 2025.
