Hirokazu Aoki: CEO of Chef's Value; he has a robust background in supporting restaurants and culinary professionals from his previous tenure at Gurunavi and Creek & River. In 2023, he became an executive at Chef's Value, focusing on enhancing the roles of humans and careers in the food industry.
