This deal not only marks GSE's first venture into the event production sector but also stands as the third acquisition following a strategic investment from BC Partners Credit in late 2024.

Founded by Jim Courier, a former world No.1 tennis player and Hall of Fame inductee, alongside Jon Venison, who has a rich background in prominent organizations such as SFX and Clear Channel, InsideOut Sports boasts over 20 years in the industry. Their credibility and expertise are underscored by their operation of hallmark events such as The Pickleball Slam, the Pro Padel League, and Major League Pickleball, all now integrated into GSE's growing ecosystem.

This acquisition serves not just to add valuable assets to GSE's portfolio but also brings seasoned leadership into the fold. Jon Venison is set to step into the role of Executive Vice President and will lead the newly formed GSE Productions division. The existing InsideOut team will continue to manage their events while working in tandem with GSE to explore opportunities in untapped markets.
