Aiming to establish an all-encompassing infrastructure for both public and private sectors in this digital age, the agency is preparing to amend certain parts of the Electronic Signature Law Implementation Regulations, as well as other related guidelines.

The public is invited to provide their feedback regarding proposed revisions to the following:
- - Amendments to the Electronic Signature Law Implementation Regulations (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry Ordinance No. 2 of 2001)
- - Amendments to the guidelines for certifying specific certification businesses based on the Electronic Signature Law
- - Amendments to the investigation guidelines for designated research organizations under the Electronic Signature Law
