Chef Laurent Pruvel: A Culinary Maestro
Born in Montpellier, France in 1965, Chef Laurent Pruvel entered the culinary world at the young age of 14. With guidance from renowned chefs, he later opened `Le Jardin des Sens` at 23, earning a Michelin three-star rating within ten years. As his culinary fame spread, he established restaurants across Japan and Asia, promoting 'Pruvel Cuisine' globally. After relocating his flagship restaurant to the luxurious Hotel Richer de Belleval in Montpellier in July 2021, he quickly regained a Michelin star while also winning accolades from Gault & Millau.
