Starting June 8, 2026, Pecori, a Western-style izakaya operated by Five Group, will launch a special summer menu across all eight of its locations in Japan. This year’s summer lineup includes nine exclusive dishes that embody the freshness and flavors of the season, perfect for sharing with friends.

1. Chilled Scallop Lemon Pasta
Experience a refreshing blend of scallops and cream with a zesty lemon sauce, topped with fish roe for an extra flavor kick. Price: ¥650 (tax included: ¥715)

2. Tender Slow-Cooked Spare Ribs with Kabosu Sauce
Enjoy mouthwatering spare ribs that have been slowly cooked for 10 hours until they practically melt in your mouth. The tangy kabosu sauce adds a delightful touch to this indulgent dish. Price: ¥720 (tax included: ¥792)

3. Corn Fritters
Crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these fritters are made with tofu and nagaimo, featuring in-season corn for a delightful bite. Price: ¥420 (tax included: ¥460)

4. Spicy Squid Delight

5. Cream Cheese Brussels Sprouts
