This two-week limited event takes place at the hotel’s 45th-floor main bar, 'Bar Bellustar,' where guests can indulge in innovative cocktails using the original craft gin 'GOTOGIN Bellustar.' This gin is a collaboration with the Goto Tsubaki Distillery, based in Fukue Island, part of the scenic Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture.

The Story Behind GOTOGIN Bellustar
Created in May 2025, 'GOTOGIN Bellustar' symbolizes the aromatic essence of Fukue Island's landscapes. The hotel’s Beverage Director, Shigeki Yoshida, upon visiting the island and interacting with its rich natural environment and dedicated producers, envisioned a project that would showcase the island’s charm through this craft gin. The resulting event seamlessly merges exquisite cocktails with native ingredients, presenting the 9th edition of 'Bellustar Journey' focused on cocktail pairings.
