The renowned JOSUN HOTEL KIMCHI, crafted by the esteemed JOSUN HOTELS & RESORTS—established in 1914—makes its highly anticipated debut in Japan. This exclusive pop-up event will take place at the prestigious Daimaru Tokyo from May 6th to 19th, 2026.

The Tradition of JOSUN HOTEL KIMCHI



Born in 2002 from the kitchens of a Korean restaurant within the JOSUN Hotel, this premium kimchi brand embodies over a century of culinary excellence. The creation of JOSUN HOTEL KIMCHI reflects not only the refined skills of hotel chefs but also a deep respect for Korean food culture and seasonal ingredients. Every batch is meticulously crafted using fresh napa cabbage, aromatic chili powder, sun-dried sea salt, and carefully selected choggaru (fermented salted fish) sourced from various renowned regions in Korea.

The brand prides itself on achieving a perfect balance in flavors—masterfully controlling saltiness and sweetness to enhance the natural fermentation process. As it ages, the kimchi gains an even richer and more profound taste, making it a true delight for the senses.

Pop-Up Store Details



The pop-up is located at the Basement 1 of Daimaru Tokyo, set within the delightful event space known as “旬鮮探訪” (Fresh Discoveries). Visitors can explore this unique culinary experience from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM throughout the event.

Special Event Offers



To celebrate the launch, customers purchasing qualifying products during the pop-up will receive a special bonus—an 80g serving of kimchi from one of three varieties.

Purchase Conditions:
1. Buy two or more 200g products.
2. Buy one 400g product.

Regardless of how many conditions are met, each transaction is limited to one complimentary portion of kimchi.
