On November 15, 2025, the "HR Library" community held a significant event marking the publication of two important works, "Uncovering Hidden Strengths" and "How HR Professionals Operate," moderated by Hiroyuki Nagashima, CEO of Toitoi LLC. The event featured insightful presentations and discussions on personal strengths and career paths in human resources, aiming to help participants redefine their value and potential in the HR field.

Background and Purpose of the Event


The HR Library serves as a community where professionals in human resources gather to learn and grow together. It supports members and visitors in achieving career independence and enhancing their skills. To celebrate the publication of the new books by authors Yoshiharu Ishiihara and Yosuke Yoshida, this event was organized to combine their insights and facilitate a discussion on personal and professional growth in HR.

Yoshiharu Ishiihara

  • - Position: Developer of Tanimoku, Co-Creation Producer at Persol Career.
  • - Background: Born in 1979, after graduating from university, Ishiihara began his career in Germany. After returning to Japan, he joined a major information service company and was part of the founding team of the job placement service "doda" at Persol Career. He has led marketing for several new business initiatives, including the high-class job search service "doda X." In 2017, he developed the Tanimoku project and currently promotes mission co-creation while advocating for individual career ownership.

Yosuke Yoshida

  • - Position: Director of HR Library
  • - Background: After completing a graduate program at Ritsumeikan University, Yoshida joined Recruit Management Solutions in 2007, where he held various management roles. In 2021, he founded Trustyyle and provided organizational support to companies lacking HR capabilities. In April 2024, he established the HR Library after a successful crowdfunding campaign. With extensive experience in recruitment and organizational development across over 500 companies, he continues to enhance learning environments for HR professionals.

Moderator Profile


Hiroyuki Nagashima

  • - Experience: Former CHRO at Renova, HR leader at Nitori, currently a representative of Toitoi LLC and a guest researcher at Chuo University. He has delivered more than 50 lectures annually, sharing valuable insights into the integration of technology and dialogue-based organizational development, emphasizing the importance of talent management.
