On November 17, 2025, beginning at 6:30 PM, Dominique Bouchet Tokyo, a Michelin-rated restaurant located in Ginza, will host a special dinner event in partnership with the prestigious Château Dassault of France's Saint-Émilion region. Since opening in 2013, Dominique Bouchet Tokyo has been celebrated for its impeccable French cuisine, making it a must-visit dining destination in Tokyo.
A Night of Culinary Excellence
This exclusive event will feature renowned guest Valérie Befve, who has been involved in marketing at Louis Roederer for many years and will assume the role of General Manager at Château Dassault in 2025. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Shō Itō, guests will be treated to a specially curated tasting menu that perfectly complements selected vintage wines from Château Dassault, renowned for their exceptional terroir and craftsmanship.
