YuLife Partners with Aon Japan to Enhance Employee Wellbeing Through Innovative Solutions

YuLife and Aon Japan: A Game-Changer in Corporate Wellbeing

In a significant stride for employee wellness, YuLife Japan GK has entered a licensing agreement with Aon Japan K.K., the Japanese subsidiary of the leading global company in specialized solutions, Aon Group. This partnership marks the beginning of a new era in corporate wellbeing, with the YuLife app poised to launch domestically on August 1, 2025.

Context of the Partnership

As businesses in Japan increasingly prioritize health management and employee wellbeing, there is a growing need for effective solutions that simultaneously enhance employee health and boost organizational performance. This trend is backed by government-led initiatives aimed at fostering health management in the workplace. By 2025, over 20,000 companies, including 3,400 large corporations and nearly 20,000 small and medium-sized enterprises, are expected to achieve recognition as excellent health management corporations.

In this context, YuLife Japan and Aon Japan are dedicated to enhancing the competitive edge of Japanese companies through the promotion of health management and wellbeing. The YuLife app stands out as an innovative welfare service that leverages gamification to promote healthy habits and enhance organizational engagement. By improving employee retention and productivity, this solution aims to create a work environment where employees feel secure and motivated.

Strengthening the Offering

Through this collaboration, YuLife Japan plans to utilize Aon Japan’s extensive customer base and expertise in insurance and human resources to expand the reach of its services. Furthermore, Aon Group will implement the YuLife solutions internally, which is expected to accelerate its initiatives for employee wellbeing and serve as a benchmark for successful health management both inside and outside the company. Specifically, YuLife will initially be rolled out to around 400 employees across four subsidiaries of Aon Group, allowing for real-time verification of its impact while strengthening the company’s proposal capabilities to clients.
