Grow Therapy Elevates Leadership to Enhance Mental Health Services and Access
Transforming Mental Health Care
In an exciting move to revitalize its approach to mental health care, Grow Therapy has recently appointed three key leaders in marketing, data, and design. These appointments are part of the company’s strategy to enhance its mental health services and broaden access for all.
Leadership Highlights
1. Marshall Ball has been appointed as the Senior Vice President of Marketing. He brings extensive experience from his previous roles. At The Farmer's Dog, he distinguished the brand in a competitive market, making it a household name. Marshall also revitalized brand strategies for major players such as Expedia and Apple during challenging times brought about by the pandemic. His focus at Grow will be on shaping brand vision and driving performance strategy.
> “Grow's mission to make high-quality and affordable mental health care accessible to everyone addresses one of the most pressing issues of our time,” stated Ball. “I believe we have a rare opportunity to build a widely recognized and beloved brand that breaks from what people expect of the category.”
2. Gene Tabach is set to lead data initiatives as the Vice President of Data. With a rich background in data science, notably from Instacart and Facebook, Gene will focus on enhancing data analytics within Grow’s operations. His role will be pivotal in integrating AI to improve matching processes between therapists and clients, ensuring tailored support for individuals seeking help.
> “AI is increasingly used alongside therapy,” Tabach remarks. “There is real opportunity to build a product experience where AI thoughtfully complements human care.”
3. Evie Alexander, as Vice President of Design, aims to transform consumer experiences by embedding meaningful design practices in how Grow delivers its services. With experience from companies like Opendoor and Airbnb, her vision is to make mental health care feel accessible and dignified, building trust through thoughtful design.
