On July 11, 2025, the Marketing Association Inc., based in Taito-ku, Tokyo, co-hosted the 27th Game Industry Information Exchange Meeting with Tecotec Co., Ltd. This event brought together various stakeholders from the gaming industry to share insights, network, and explore future opportunities within the sector.

The Game Industry Information Exchange Meeting serves as a platform for companies engaged in various aspects of the gaming industry to connect and share valuable information. Our organization provides the service called “Game Support Plus,” which caters to user support across diverse gaming genres, including consumer games, online games, mobile games, and social apps.
This event has been held over 20 times, focusing on several key objectives:
1. Gaining a deeper understanding of industry needs and realities to enhance service provision.
2. Facilitating networking and business opportunities among participants.
The insights and experiences gained during these exchanges play a crucial role in enhancing our services, particularly “Game Support Plus.”
Event Day Flow

Networking Time
The latter part of the meeting was dedicated to networking, allowing participants to mingle, exchange business cards, and share experiences while enjoying refreshments. Many stayed engaged in conversations until the very end of the scheduled time.
