Seminar on Autonomous HR Strategies for Career Ownership

The Protean Career Association, a prominent organization based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, is dedicated to fostering better relationships between organizations and individuals, while supporting proactive career development. On December 15th, we will host a seminar aimed at HR professionals and HR business partners (HRBPs) in the Nihonbashi area of Tokyo.

This event, titled "Nurturing Career Ownership through Autonomous and Supportive HR Strategies," will feature Yosuke Yoshida from the HR Library, who will provide attendees with clear and practical points necessary for promoting career autonomy. Additionally, Kazuma Kurihara, our Chief Growth Officer, will share actionable strategies and success stories from the field.

After the seminar, we will hold a networking event where participants can exchange ideas and insights with the speakers and fellow attendees. This presents a valuable opportunity to connect with HR professionals facing similar challenges and to gain new perspectives.

Speaker Profiles

Yosuke Yoshida holds a Master's degree from Ritsumeikan University's Graduate School of Policy Science. After joining Recruit Management Solutions in 2007, he has managed various aspects of organizational development. He founded Trustyyle in 2021, assisting companies in building effective HR practices. His latest endeavor is the establishment of the HR Library scheduled for April 2024, which has already garnered support from various backers.

Kazuma Kurihara is an executive at 4designs Inc. and has extensive experience in career and organizational development, especially focusing on corporate training and seminars.

About the Protean Career Association

Established in March 2020, the Protean Career Association (non-profit) is located in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The association focuses on supporting organizations with career dialogue and development services and holds a recognized certification program.
