Session 2: Practical - From Recruitment to Retention

• - Date: Friday, July 4, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

This session will detail practical know-how for recruiting and retaining foreign talent. It will cover how to create job postings, key considerations during the selection process, follow-up actions after the offer, and tips for onboarding and training. Real-world examples will be incorporated to enhance understanding:

• - General flow of employing foreign talent
• - Organizing desired candidate profiles into hiring requirements
• - Creating job postings that are easily understood by foreign candidates
• - Important factors to consider during the recruitment process

Both sessions will be followed by individual consultation meetings from 3:35 PM to 4:00 PM.
