In a strategic move to enhance its presence in the ever-expanding active-adult community sector, Green Courte Partners, LLC (GCP) recently announced the acquisition of 55 Resort at Water Valley, a vibrant 120-unit community located in Windsor, Colorado, just north of Denver. This transaction marks a significant milestone as it is a key part of GCP's sixth investment fund, Green Courte Real Estate Partners VI, LLC.

The acquisition of the 55 Resort at Water Valley signifies GCP's dedication to expanding its senior living portfolio, which now comprises 21 communities across the United States, totaling approximately 3,300 units. The decision to acquire this community is driven by its prime location within the high-growth corridor between Denver and Fort Collins, making it an ideal choice for active adults aged 55 and older.

GCP Managing Director Matt Pyzyk expressed enthusiasm regarding this new addition, stating, "We are excited to expand our portfolio and establish a presence in the Colorado market with the acquisition of 55 Resort at Water Valley, soon to be rebranded as Eagle's Peak at Water Valley." The location's extensive amenities and integration into the Water Valley master-planned community are expected to provide an exceptional lifestyle experience for its residents.
