Overview of the Online Report
On September 10, 2025, the General Association of Municipal DX Promotion (GDX) will host a recorded online report of the "Second Survey on the Awareness and Reality of Municipal DX for FY 2025" due to the success of the original event held on August 21, 2025, which received over 200 pre-registrations. This report aims to share insights on the progress and challenges faced by municipalities in their digital transformation (DX) efforts.
Purpose of the Report
With the increasing need for municipalities to enhance resident services and improve operational efficiency, the push for digital transformation is more urgent than ever. However, many local governments are grappling with common challenges such as a lack of personnel, budget constraints, and insufficient expertise.
To aid these entities, GDX regularly conducts surveys on the awareness and reality of municipal DX. This upcoming online report will disseminate the findings from the latest survey, offering valuable insights to municipal employees and organizations that provide services to municipalities.
