Cacao³ afternoon tea aims to engage guests with the three key elements of

surprise. Chef Ichikawa meticulously selects ingredients, designing chocolates that delight the senses. The experience kicks off with a warm welcome drink known as
Melty Chocolat, where rich chocolate infused with coffee or tea creates an inviting atmosphere that showcases the captivating aroma of cocoa.

The highlight of the afternoon tea is the
special dessert,
Chocolat Verrine, comprising a delightful cherry confiture harmonized with smooth chocolate cream. Topped with cocoa pulp powder and adorned with edible gold leaf and basil, this glass dessert not only pleases the palate but also captivates eyes by presenting basil as if sprouting from the soil.
