Mynavi Partners Hosts Internal Competition for Employees with Disabilities to Promote Skill Development

Mynavi Partners Hosts the 'STARS' Competition for Employees with Disabilities

Mynavi Partners, a special subsidiary aimed at promoting the employment of individuals with disabilities, has initiated the internal competition dubbed 'STARS' which runs from June 2 to June 20, 2023. This event is part of the company's broader goal to continuously explore and enhance the potential and capabilities of its employees with disabilities.

As of today, approximately 180 employees with various disabilities are participating in 'STARS', which encompasses four main categories: PC skills, light work, creativity, and healthcare. The competition is designed to not only foster skill improvement but also enhance the quality and speed of work performed by these dedicated employees.

The Objective of 'STARS'

The mission behind hosting 'STARS' aligns closely with Mynavi Partners' commitment to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive and serves as a pathway to the future for its employees. The ongoing challenge remains that while the employment rate of persons with disabilities is increasing, there are significant gaps in the systems provided for skill enhancement once they are hired.

In preparation for the 2024 regulations that demand an increase in the employment rate of people with disabilities, Mynavi Partners is proactive in addressing these issues. The company recognizes the importance of creating an environment where employees can gain access to opportunities for career advancement. By examining job roles that leverage individual strengths, assigning tasks based on abilities and experience, and providing professional training, Mynavi aims to broaden the spectrum of career development for its employees.
