Experience the Deliciousness of Japanese Wines at Château Mercian Festival 2025
The Château Mercian Festival 2025 is set to take place on May 30th and 31st at the Shibuya Cast Space and Garden in Tokyo, organized by Mercian Corporation, led by President Masamitsu Otsuka. The festival aims to share the joy and deliciousness of Japanese wines with attendees who may not usually have access to them, promoting greater awareness of the Japanese wine industry.
This year’s event will feature three wineries from Château Mercian: Katsunuma Winery, Kikyogahara Winery, and the Wanoko Winery. Additionally, the festival will include seminars and wine sales organized by the Arpeizand Winery and MK Farm Kobushi from Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture, which has been receiving consulting from Mercian since 2021.

- - Dates: May 30 (Friday) from 17:00 - 20:00 and May 31 (Saturday) from 11:00 - 19:00
- - Location: Shibuya Cast Space and Garden (1-23-21 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo)
- - Admission: Free entry, no prior reservation required. Some content may require advance bookings at a fee. Guests wishing to purchase glass wines will need to buy wine tickets, which can be used at all booths for both Japanese wines and snacks from the Château Mercian booth.

1. Guest Participation of Two Start-Up Wineries
Both the Iwate-based Arpeizand Winery and MK Farm Kobushi will join the festival as part of Mercian's consulting initiative, featuring talk sessions and wine tasting sales.
