Program Content
The core of this course is to explore how HR professionals who drive business initiatives understand their company’s operations and the dynamics of management. Participants will gain valuable insights into:
1. The foundational principles of understanding business through the 3C framework (Customer, Competitor, Company).
2. The importance of recognizing business processes and identifying bottlenecks.
3. Common risks faced by business leaders and how they navigate these challenges (evaluating whether risks are critical, profitable, or add business value).
4. A hands-on workshop focused on learning about one's business and management practices.
5. Setting themes for future exploration and implementation.

- - Cancellations made less than one week before the event are non-refundable. (Example: For a Friday event, cancellations after the previous Saturday 0:00 will not be eligible for a refund.)
- - If fewer than three participants are registered one week prior, the event may be canceled, with refunds provided in that case.
- - Unregistered absences may lead to disqualification from future events.
Note: Participants are required to remove their shoes upon entering the HR Library. Business card exchanges and sales activities are not permitted within the HR Library.
Facilitator Information
The session will be led by Yoshida Yosuke, the Director of HR Library, who holds a graduate degree from Ritsumeikan University in Policy Science. After starting his career at Recruit Management Solutions in 2007, he has held various leadership roles, including launching overseas business initiatives and overseeing the Kyushu branch. In March 2021, he founded Trustyyle, focusing on organization-building for companies without dedicated HR. Alongside his role as a CHRO in several ventures, he has established the HR Library to foster a collaborative space for HR professionals and has worked with over 500 companies on hiring, talent development, organizational development, and HR system formulation.
About the HR Library
The HR Library, which opened on April 1, 2024, in Tokyo's Ningyocho, serves as a co-working and community space for HR professionals. It boasts a collection of over 2,500 books on Human Resources topics and has over 600 members, operating under the slogan, "Creating the Future Through Learning with Friends."
