The renowned Akafuku, based in Ise City, Mie Prefecture, is set to showcase its delectable treats at Haneda Airport from September 16 to September 28, 2026. This limited-time event will take place at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, offering travelers a chance to indulge in seasonal sweets that reflect the tastes of summer and autumn.

Seasonal Delights

At this special sale, visitors can enjoy the exclusive summer treat, "Akafuku Mizu Yokan", alongside the classic "Akafuku Mochi" as well as various delicious items from Isuzu Chaya, including "Kuri Dorayaki" and the seasonal "Toki no Yokan Kuri". It's important to note that the “Kuri Dorayaki” is available in limited quantities, so eager participants are encouraged to arrive early.

Akafuku Mizu Yokan

"Akafuku Mizu Yokan" is a refreshing summer dessert made from high-quality red beans sourced from Hokkaido. Its smooth texture and light sweetness make it an ideal treat to cool off with during the lingering summer heat of September. This dessert is served in a traditional box, allowing you to slice it to your preferred size. It’s a perfect souvenir to take home, packaged in a cold-proof bag with ice packs.

Returning Classics

The beloved "Akafuku Mochi" and both white and black variants will also be available each day starting from 10 AM. The guests can satisfy their cravings with familiar tastes paired with new seasonal excitement.

Autumn Flavors from Isuzu Chaya

Additionally, Isuzu Chaya will offer delightful autumn-themed pastries featuring chestnuts. This includes their limited-edition "Kuri Dorayaki," made with fluffy batter enveloping sweet bean paste and chestnuts. This seasonal hit promises a delightful fusion of flavors between the chestnut and the red bean paste.

Also featured is "Toki no Yokan Kuri," a two-layered sweet that combines chestnut jelly topped with sweetened chestnuts and a layer of smooth red bean paste from Hokkaido. Both desserts aim to capture the essence of autumn's bounty.

In addition to these items, a variety of other snacks will be available, such as soft “Moji Dorayaki,” crispy rice crackers known as “Sen,” and treats featuring their mascot, the
