About the HR Library

The HR Library, which opened on April 1, 2024, serves as a co-working space and a community hub for HR professionals. It is dedicated to facilitating collaboration, learning, and sharing knowledge among over 600 members. The library operates under the motto “Open the Future with Learning Together.”

Origin of the HR Library

The HR Library was established to provide a supportive learning community for HR professionals grappling with fears and isolation. Challenges such as rapidly changing business landscapes and evolving regulations compel HR practitioners to seek collaborative opportunities beyond their own organizations. The library serves as a resource for them to learn substantively while forming partnerships with others in the HR field.

The facility gained significant support before its opening, including 472 backers contributing to a crowdfunding campaign that raised 11.6 million yen, reaching 232% of its target. Many recognized figures in the HR field have also provided donations and encouragement, signifying substantial interest and commitment to the library's goals. Since opening, the library has hosted numerous events and launched publication initiatives, continuously growing its membership base.
