The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is launching an online training program aimed at deepening understanding of gender identity and sexual orientation among corporate employees. The online sessions will be accessible from November 4, 2024 (Tuesday) at 9:00 AM until December 18, 2024 (Thursday) at 11:59 PM. Interested individuals or corporate teams based in Tokyo are encouraged to participate.

Content Overview

Attendees will have access to a pre-recorded video of approximately 50 minutes, which will be shared in a restricted public format on YouTube.

The program will be led by Ayako Koji, the Manager of the Career Division at the designated nonprofit organization ReBit. With her extensive knowledge and experience in diversity and inclusion, she offers valuable insights that can empower organizations in their journey towards inclusivity.
