Several students took the initiative to ask questions to company representatives, demonstrating their eagerness to learn more about potential careers.

He highlighted the rare opportunities for students to feel the realities of work environments. "Our goal is to nurture a sense of commitment to the Shida-Hinokuni area, along with their career development," he noted, praising the students' enthusiastic responses during the event.

This initiative is expected to expand further, with plans for similar events in Shimada and Fujieda schools, culminating in a joint career fair for all high school students in the Shida-Sanzan area scheduled for March 2026.
