The Christmas dinner menu boasts a variety of dishes that showcase seasonal ingredients and exquisite presentation.
The highlight of the evening will be the Fried Sea Urchin Flan, presented beautifully in a holiday wreath design. This cherished specialty is just the beginning.
For starters, enjoy the delicately cooked flounder, paired with sweet turnips and cauliflower, creating a winter-themed dish. Following this is the

Reservations for the Christmas special course are available from December 24 to 25, with the following options:
