Navigating the Challenges Between Management and Employees: Strategies from HR Library

Overcoming the Challenges of Management and Employees

On August 20, Trustyyle Co., Ltd., based in Chuo, Tokyo, is hosting a significant event titled "How to Overcome Being in the Middle of Management and Employees." This face-to-face gathering, organized by the community known as HR Library, aims to unravel the pivotal roles played by those supporting entrepreneurs—often termed as gatekeepers—in the work environment.

Entrepreneurs and disruptors often take the spotlight in today's dynamic business environment. However, there exists a crucial support system behind them, commonly known as gatekeepers. Recent analyses have revealed that these gatekeepers assume up to 14 different roles to support entrepreneurs based on their specific needs. This event sets out to investigate how the actions of gatekeepers can provide insightful hints for HR professionals, who frequently find themselves torn between management demands and employee needs.
