The company is set to break ground in July 2026, with aspirations for a completion date in 2028. With the metro area witnessing a downturn in multifamily construction starts by 55 to 65 percent, JPI identified a unique opportunity where demand would significantly surpass the current supply of housing.

Encompassing 12.6 acres, Jefferson Watts will offer a blend of 398 market-rate apartments coupled with 42 luxury townhomes.
