What is the DOMINISTA CHALLENGE?

The DOMINISTA CHALLENGE has been welcoming middle and high school students to participate in career experiences since 2019 across various hotels in Japan. This program enables students to engage with hotel operations, from front desk responsibilities to room cleanliness and customer service skills. By interacting with visitors in their hometown, students can learn the importance of helping others and collaboration, thus nurturing their career perspectives and love for their community. In today's globalized world, where they interact with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, this program also provides children with a living learning opportunity about multicultural coexistence. To date, over 60 schools across Japan have participated, including seven in the Chugoku and Shikoku areas, as part of their career education initiatives.
