ChangAn Automobile's Vision for a Smarter World at Auto Shanghai 2025
ChangAn Automobile, renowned for its intelligent and low-carbon mobility technology, made a significant impact at Auto Shanghai 2025 with the unveiling of its theme "Together for a Smarter World." The company showcased its dedication to innovation through three main strategies: the Shangri-La mission for new energy, the Dubhe-2.0 plan for intelligence, and the Vast-Ocean plan for global expansion. These strategies mark the beginning of a new chapter in advanced green automotive technology.
Core Strategies of ChangAn
In line with its ongoing restructuring efforts, ChangAn has achieved major technological advancements through its three core strategies. The Shangri-La mission led to the development of the Golden-Shield solid-state battery and a range of new energy products including the BlueCore 3.0 powertrain and the industry's first PREV, which combines PHEV and REEV technologies.
The Dubhe-2.0 plan introduces sophisticated intelligent systems including the Intelligent TS Drive, the Intelligent TY Cockpit, and the Intelligent TH Chassis, enhancing the overall driving experience. Meanwhile, the Vast-Ocean plan has expanded ChangAn's global footprint, particularly in Europe.
Through years of investment in research and development, ChangAn has built a solid foundation in new energy solutions and intelligent mobility, ushering in the era of next-generation smart vehicles. At Auto Shanghai 2025, the company presented three flagship models: the CHANG-AN Q07, DEEPAL S09, and AVATR 06. Each of these models exemplified ChangAn’s leadership in promoting and disseminating smart mobility solutions.
Showcasing Futuristic Innovations
In addition to its vehicles, ChangAn unveiled an impressive vision for future mobility that included flying cars, humanoid robots, robotic dogs, wheeled robots, and intelligent exoskeletons. This showcase painted a vivid picture of the transportation landscape of tomorrow and highlighted ChangAn's pivotal role in shaping it.
The event attracted over 500 national and international media representatives along with more than 600 global partners, all eager to witness the digital and intelligent milestones achieved by ChangAn’s three flagship brands. The brand pavilion, featuring state-of-the-art technologies and a global media briefing, allowed ChangAn to convincingly demonstrate its innovative capabilities, marking the beginning of a dynamic, technology-driven journey resonating on a global scale.
A Commitment to Innovation
Zhu Huarong, Chairman of ChangAn Automobile, remarked on the transformative changes taking place in the automotive industry, stating, "Eight years ago, the automotive industry was on the brink of a major change unseen in over a century, marking a profound transition in energy, technology, and globalization. Since then, ChangAn Automobile has consistently prioritized innovation, pursuing a path of high-quality, intelligent, and environmentally friendly development."
He further explained that through the introduction of the Shangri-La mission, Dubhe-2.0 plan, and Vast-Ocean plan, the company has initiated its third corporate transformation, staying ahead of industry trends.
