Jollibee Welcomes Peter Wright as Vice President of Franchising
In a strategic move to elevate its franchise operations in North America, Jollibee Group has appointed Peter Wright as its new Vice President of Franchising. Wright brings with him a wealth of experience from his impressive career, which includes key roles at major brands like Starbucks, Panera Bread, McAlister's Deli, and Nestlé. His mission? To spearhead Jollibee’s ambitious expansion plan to launch 500 new units throughout North America by 2030.
A Passion for Jollibee
Wright first encountered the vibrant world of Jollibee through networking when connecting with a former Starbucks colleague. Like many Americans, although he had seen the iconic branding, he was unaware of the brand's unique offerings until he experienced it firsthand. Leveraging Experience and Proven Success
As Wright steps into his new role, he emphasizes the established success of Jollibee. With more than 100 company-owned locations operating successfully in North America, Jollibee has already demonstrated its ability to thrive in the U.S. market. Wright believes that this history, combined with 25 years of operational experience in America, provides a solid foundation to launch new franchises.
