Her previous roles at reputable companies such as Birlasoft, IBM, Genpact, and Amway have crafted her expertise in aligning talent management with business objectives. Notably, she has achieved several accolades, including recognition from BW People as a Future Leader in Indian HR and an Eminence and Excellence Award from IBM.

As the CHRO, Runu will oversee the development of an inclusive and engaging workplace culture, focusing on talent development and leadership programming across the company's offices in the United States, India, the United Kingdom, and other international locations.
