Kizuki's Mission: Creating a Society Where Everyone Can Start Over, Recruitment Briefing

Kizuki's Commitment to Educational Equity

Kizuki Co., based in Shibuya, Tokyo, is driven by a powerful vision: to create a society where everyone has the opportunity to start over. Operating the Kizuki Co-Educational School, it aims to provide tailored learning experiences for students from diverse backgrounds. To share their mission and recruit individuals who resonate with their vision of tackling social issues through education, Kizuki is organizing an online recruitment briefing.

The Heart of Kizuki

At Kizuki, we believe that every individual carries some form of minority identity. Our goal is to foster a society where everyone can embrace their life and envision a hopeful future. When individuals find even a glimmer of hope amidst despair—the belief that there could be a way forward—they regain the strength to move ahead. We are committed to providing a learning environment that serves as a catalyst for this hope and helps guide individuals through life's challenges.

The Context

In Japan, there are many young people who have disengaged from education due to various reasons such as school refusal, dropouts, or social withdrawal. Kizuki operates under the principle of building a society where people can start over, offering second chances to these individuals. The Kizuki Co-Educational School plays a pivotal role in this mission, focusing on students who have faced educational setbacks. We provide individualized coaching that respects and adapts to the unique characteristics of each student, supporting their path to re-entering education.
