Sean Pender joins NFP as a Senior Vice President specializing in Project Risk Advisory for the Construction and Infrastructure Group. His extensive experience positions him to provide pivotal guidance to clients focused on construction project risk management and insurance solutions.
Pender's role focuses on advising property owners and contractors concerning intricate construction risks, leading the creation and implementation of tailored insurance programs designed for specific projects throughout their complete lifecycle. Operating out of Somerville, New Jersey, he will report to Andrew Canning, the Project Risk Advisory leader at NFP.

Bringing over 20 years of expertise in risk management, Pender has previously led project-specific and corporate risk strategies for construction-related clientele across the New York tristate area and regions beyond. Most recently, he held a prominent position as the Construction and Development Practice Leader at CAC Specialty, where he effectively delivered innovative, cost-efficient construction risk solutions. His impressive background also includes managing commercial lines at USI Insurance Services and serving as director of operations and client advocate for New York construction at WTW.
