In an exciting move to connect urban and regional HR professionals, Trustyyle, headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, is hosting its inaugural offline event titled "HR Library on the Go in Kochi". This event is set for July 5, 2025, at the Soto Office within the serene setting of Wano Mori, located in Kochi City. The aim is to provide a platform for HR personnel to openly discuss their challenges and findings in a warm and welcoming environment, and to contribute to solving pressing issues facing local businesses.
Background of the Event
The HR Library, an independent and anonymous community based in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, gathers professionals engaged in HR, recruitment, and organizational development every month, primarily from the metropolitan area. For this special event, the HR Library seeks to overcome geographical barriers and to share real-life HR experiences from various industries and organizational sizes. Participants can engage in genuine discussions regarding common issues like recruitment difficulties, employee retention challenges, limited access to recent information, and the constraints of time for learning and networking.
