Experience a Two-Hour Training Internship Focused on Evaluation Metrics

Transforming Training Development: Join the Two-Hour Internship

The field of human resources has seen a significant evolution over the past few years, leading many to question their training and development strategies. If you've ever wondered what kind of training your organization truly needs or how to evaluate its effectiveness, then you're not alone. It’s particularly crucial for startup employees or new HR representatives to acquire the practical skills required for impactful training.

As a response to these pressing needs, Trustyyle has organized a unique event titled “Training Development Internship: Focusing on Evaluation Metrics”. This event will take place on November 15, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the HR Library located in Ningyocho, Tokyo. This initiative aims to empower HR professionals by providing strategies to plan and conduct effective training tailored to their company's unique situation.

Event Details and Structure

Target Audience

This event is designed for:
  • - HR professionals at startups eager to formalize their training strategies.
  • - Individuals recently assigned to training roles who are unsure of where to start.
  • - Employees handling recruitment or labor relations with an interest in human resource development but lacking experience.

Practical Experience

For two hours, participants will engage in hands-on activities that simulate real-world training evaluations. By exploring concepts like defining training objectives and measuring outcomes, attendees will leave equipped with actionable insights for their organizations. This is a follow-up to previous successful sessions held earlier this year, which focused on external and internal design elements of training programs.
