AFA's Doolittle Leadership Center Now Accessible Through GSA Schedule

The Air & Space Forces Association's Doolittle Leadership Center (DLC) has officially made its Leader Development Workshops available on the General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule. This move is expected to enhance access to practical leadership training for military members and government civilians alike. The workshops are designed with a hands-on approach to skill development, facilitating growth in various environments.

AFA’s DLC has tailored its programming to ensure it meets the diverse needs of its audience, whether they are young military leaders or seasoned professionals in civilian roles. Dr. Patrick Donley, the director of the DLC, emphasized the significance of this initiative, stating, "Getting our Leaders Development Workshops on the GSA Schedule ensures our programs are readily available to anyone in government."

Since launching the workshop series in the summer of 2024, the DLC has successfully trained over 2,000 Airmen, Guardians, and civilians, demonstrating its commitment to fostering effective leaders across various sectors within the military and defense community.
