Planned to begin operations by mid-2026, the New Braunfels facility will play a crucial role in supporting Zero Landfill initiatives. Jim Waisanen has taken the role of Senior Vice President of Capital Projects, bringing over 20 years of experience in the Specialty and Hazardous Waste sector. Meanwhile, Monica Johnson has stepped in as Vice President of Project Management, having managed an impressive portfolio of over 300 projects primarily at Vopak North America. The combined expertise of Jim and Monica is expected to significantly expedite VLS's ambitions in capital investments for sustainable projects.
