The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has partnered with UCC (Ueshima Coffee Co., Ltd.), the creator of Japan's first unique coffee invention, "YOINED." This remarkable collaboration will offer an exclusive pairing menu in two bars within the hotel: the Sky Gallery Lounge Levita and The Bar illumiid, from January 15 to February 14, 2026.

YOINED, recognized as Japan's first "non-drinking coffee," embodies over 20 years of research aimed at capturing the alluring aroma of coffee without the traditional brewing process. This innovative product is crafted through a pioneering method that seals in the rich scents and flavors of coffee beans, resulting in a unique culinary experience that is as visually appealing as it is aromatic.
Inspired by the chocolate-making process, YOINED uses a special coating technique that ensures the essence of coffee is highlighted in every bite, giving coffee lovers a new way to indulge in the world of coffee without drinking it.

The Unique Valentine's Menu


This exceptional collaboration features two unique cocktails designed to maximize the allure of YOINED, developed jointly by the hotel's skilled bartenders and UCC's coffee educators. The first cocktail, Truffevardier Pairing with YOINED (Guatemala), reimagines the classic bourbon base with Macallan 12 Year and Amaro, perfectly complementing YOINED's rich aromas of orange, caramel, and nuts. Available for ¥3,600, this cocktail offers a luxurious experience where classic elegance meets modern innovation.

The second cocktail, ORIGIN Pairing with YOINED (Colombia), reflects the idea that coffee is a fruit. Utilizing the lactobacillus-infused Japanese sake, known as "Sanuki Guraudi," this cocktail intricately blends the complex flavors of Colombian coffee with a unique twist. With an artful presentation meant to evoke memories from the farm to the cup, this cocktail also retails for ¥3,600 and captures the coffee lover's heart.

Both cocktails are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a delightful experience from the first whiff to the lingering aftertaste.

Innovative Espresso Martini


To add to the exclusivity, an innovative espresso martini has been developed, showcasing the luxury coffee brand "Largo" provided by UCC. Combining this high-grade coffee with a locally sourced sweet potato shochu, this cocktail offers an unexpected depth and fragrance, diverging from traditional recipes and priced at ¥3,200.
