A Cinematic Adventure Awaits
Celebrate the launch of Borderlands 4 with its Cinematic Trailer!
On this momentous occasion, Randy Pitchford, founder and president of Gearbox, expressed excitement regarding the game's release: "On September 12, we will once again unleash the chaos that our fans have come to love. Our team's history with the Borderlands franchise has brought us incredible experiences, and with Borderlands 4, we are dedicating everything to make it our most ambitious game yet."
Explore the Wild Planet of Kairos
In Borderlands 4, players are thrust into the vast and seamless planet of Kairos, where they will battle against the oppressive dictator known as the Time Keeper. For thousands of years, this merciless ruler has hidden the planet's existence while controlling a military of artificial soldiers called 'The Order.' With cybernetic implants known as 'Bolts,' he has maintained a grip over the population.
Players will earnestly explore every corner of Kairos, meeting both new and returning unique characters while facing off against ferocious creatures. The game features four distinct regions, each populated with factions seeking freedom from the Time Keeper's tyranny. Teaming up with new allies will broaden players' combat strategies as they wreak havoc on their foes, showcasing the Vault Hunters' diverse abilities and extensive arsenal of weaponry.
