TEMSA Reports Record Sales and Revenue Growth in European Markets

TEMSA's Remarkable Financial Performance in Europe

TEMSA has declared 2025 as a landmark year, achieving its highest recorded revenues and operational performance in its history. With a staggering revenue of $554 million, the company is charting its course towards an ambitious target of $1 billion in sales, particularly focusing on the European market, despite facing challenges in the global utility vehicle industry.

In a year characterized by economic volatility, TEMSA demonstrated resilience by increasing its currency-denominated revenue by 10% compared to the previous year, alongside a 7% rise in international sales, now exceeding $316 million. Evren Güzel, the CEO of TEMSA, shared insights into these impressive results, stating, “Our ability to surpass competitors in such a turbulent market showcases the strength of our organization and the clarity of our long-term strategy. By marrying operational excellence with disciplined financial management, we have successfully maintained positive free cash flow for five consecutive years.”

European Expansion and Record Sales

Europe is central to TEMSA's growth strategy. The company recorded its highest annual sales volume on key markets like France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, and Greece in 2025. Notably, TEMSA significantly increased its deliveries in markets where vehicles drive on the left, achieving a 60% increase from the previous year. In the UK and Ireland, TEMSA now has a fleet of 673 units, capturing about 15% market share in the coach segment.

A landmark achievement was the substantial delivery of 10 units of electric interurban buses in Portugal, representing the company's largest batch delivery to date. Meanwhile, in Lithuania, 15 electric MD9 vehicles were dispatched, further solidifying TEMSA's electric vehicle lineup across the continent.

Moreover, TEMSA expanded its footprint into six new European countries in 2025, including Finland, Norway, Poland, Croatia, Malta, and Albania, continuously enhancing its regional presence.

Commitment to Zero-Emission Vehicles

With a commitment to sustainability, TEMSA now offers one of the industry's most extensive portfolios of zero-emission products, encompassing 11 models designed for urban, interurban, and coach segments. The company's nearly 20 years of research and development in electrification, along with an in-house battery assembly facility, allows it to design and develop its own battery management systems and electronic control units. This vertical integration promotes innovation and provides tailored solutions for operators across different markets.

Our ambition is to become the preferred mobility brand, underpinned by a robust global footprint, to realize our $1 billion revenue goal,” added Güzel. The firm aims to build this vision on its strengths in target segments, niche market differentiation, and urban mobility ecosystem partnerships, aspiring to become a hub of excellence for electrification and future mobility solutions.

Broader Electrification Beyond Buses

TEMSA views electrification as a broader transformation within the mobility ecosystem. Leveraging its battery technology and engineering capabilities, the company is extending its technological expertise beyond road transport by developing energy storage and electrification solutions for maritime and other mobility applications.

In summary, TEMSA’s record sales and strategic expansion reflect its commitment to innovation and sustainability in the automotive industry. As it aims for $1 billion in revenue, its focus on electric mobility positions TEMSA as a key player in the evolving landscape of transportation.
